Creative Lead / Art Director

At SEK, our purpose is to unleash imagination to craft better futures. We’re now looking for an imaginative, experienced and energetic Creative Lead / Art Director to join us on a full-time basis to help us take the brand and campaign design of our key international clients to the next level.

As a Creative Lead / Art Director you will work with our B2B and service business clients. You are, together with your team, primarily responsible for creating creative concepts and content with your clients’ needs in mind. You are skilled both in conceptualizing and in communicating sustainability.

As a Creative Lead / Art Director, we expect you to:

  • Understand and take an active role in client’s business & brand development
  • Create concepts & visuality based on client’s brand core and future possibilities
  • Understand brand experience design from strategies to execution
  • Have experience in visual craft in all modern forms (film, 3D, digital craft)
  • Execute visuality with the client’s needs in mind
  • Be team spirited and have excellent co-operation skills
  • Have a solution-oriented attitude
  • Be proactive in planning client’s assignments
  • Actively participate in both client meetings and in general
  • Contribute to the creative work of SEK
  • Contribute to developing co-operation with our partners (e.g. AKQA)
  • Be fluent in English
  • You have industry knowledge in B2B and working with industrial companies. Previous work with forest companies is considered a plus. You understand working with global marketing measures.
  • Your professional skills have already been refined while working with large international companies or other large entities, that have required an accurate understanding of the industry.
  • You are passionate about building high-end visuality including creating 3D lay-outs and brand originated visual stories for global audiences.
  • You have previously worked in an agency contributing to brand, marcomm and design.

The best candidates are invited for a two-part interview and will be asked to complete a preliminary task.

We’ll start the interviews before the end of the application period. The position can be filled as soon as a suitable person is found.
