Travelling can be a truly life-changing experience where emotions range from excitement to stress and amazement to frustration. Sound has a profound power to enhance positive emotions and effective for relaxation and stress management.
Idea

Inspired by the best travel emotions

We created a 46 min long soundscape, from which different parts can be sliced and extracted for any purpose. The soundscape is built around the emotions. It is used to enhance the desired positive emotion in the listener in key moments during their journey.


Impact

Renewed sonic experience in all Finnair Touchpoints.

The sonic identity was launched with Finnair’s long-haul renewal in spring 2022 and it will be implemented in all Finnair touchpoints. Currently the sonic identity is being used in all marketing materials and is being rolled out to the whole Finnair fleet and digital services.
